Have you you ever tried meditation?
I just started a simple meditation practice and have found it to be absolutely wonderful. There is a lot of research that says that people who meditate live more fulfilling lives. On the path to wellness, I have found this to be a great tool. It can be as simple as taking 5 deep breaths with your eyes closed during a busy work day. Meditation is fantastic for stress reduction. Research shows that it also may reduce anxiety and is beneficial for people who suffer from depression and Seasonal Affective Disorder (otherwise known as the winter blues!)
